A .pptx ready to open: the conclusions written out in words, four metrics and the charts. It runs here, in the page — your file goes nowhere.
The same table as the dashboard: jobs, visits, orders or tickets. A date column and something that looks like a category are enough.
Title → Where we stand, with the four metrics → What the numbers show, the conclusions written out → then the charts, one per slide → and a closing slide on what the real thing adds.
The conclusions slide comes second, not last. Nobody who receives a report wants to work out for themselves what happened; the charts come after, to back up what they have just read.
The charts are real PowerPoint charts, not images: double-click one and you can change the series, the colours, the labels. An export made of pictures looks the same for one second and is useless the next.
